We collect data you provide (name, email, phone, CPF/CNPJ, address and identification data) and browsing data collected automatically (approximate IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and preferred language). Payment data is processed exclusively by our payment partners.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to create and manage your account, process card and reload orders, answer requests and support, personalize the experience, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud and improve our services.
3. Legal Basis
We process personal data based on the legal grounds of the LGPD, including your consent, contract performance, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation and legitimate interest, always respecting your expectations and rights.

Your data may be processed on servers located outside Brazil by our providers, always with adequate protection safeguards in accordance with applicable law.
10. Minors
Services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If we identify processing of minors data, we will stop the processing and delete the information.
