Terms of Use
Last updated: August 7, 2026These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Trust Card platform, including the website, the prepaid card issuance services and related features. By accessing or using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing or using any feature of the Trust Card platform, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the service after any change to these Terms implies new acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Trust Card operates a digital asset custody and exchange platform with reloadable prepaid card issuance. Card issuance is a financial service provided by licensed partner institutions and is subject to registration, profile review and approval. Trust Card is not a financial institution and does not issue cards in its own name.
3. Eligibility
Services are intended for natural persons aged 18 or older (or the applicable legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) and for duly incorporated legal entities. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data. Account approval is at the sole discretion of Trust Card and its partners.
4. Registration and Account
To use the services you must create an account with true and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out on your account. Report any unauthorized use immediately.
5. Card Issuance and Use
The card is issued by a partner institution authorized by the competent authority, is prepaid in nature and does not constitute a checking account or revolving credit. Availability, limits, terms and card fees follow the issuer conditions. Trust Card does not guarantee approval of issuance, which depends on credit and profile review.
6. Fees, Charges and Refunds
Fees and tariffs (issuance, reload, maintenance, conversion and others) are disclosed before each transaction. Refunds for processing errors or failure to provide the service are reviewed within 7 business days. Refund requests must be made through the official contact channels with the transaction number. Cryptoassets have no refund guarantee for market fluctuation.
7. Digital Assets and Risks
The value of digital assets is volatile and may vary significantly. You acknowledge that: (i) past performance does not guarantee future results; (ii) Trust Card does not promise profitability; (iii) there is risk of partial or total loss of capital; (iv) transactions with cryptoassets may not be regulated in your jurisdiction. Invest only amounts you can afford to lose.
8. Prohibited Conduct
It is forbidden to use the platform for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, infringement of third-party rights or any use contrary to applicable law. Trust Card may suspend or close accounts involved in suspicious conduct and report the facts to the competent authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content (trademarks, texts, images, code and logos) is owned by Trust Card or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Card is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or losses arising from service interruptions, market fluctuations, third-party delays (banks, issuers and networks), profile review decisions or misuse of the account. Where liability exists, it is limited to the amount of fees actually paid in the transaction in question.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may close your account at any time. Trust Card may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, present financial or legal risk, or due to decisions of regulated partners. Any remaining prepaid balance will be handled according to the issuer conditions.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms at any time, with notice on the website and by email when there is relevant impact. Continued use after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Sao Paulo, Brazil, are chosen to resolve disputes, except where privileged jurisdiction applies under the law.
